We have been using Smart Search & Instant Search for just over the trial period and we signed up. I'm very happy with how the products are presented and how easy it makes it for customers to find what they are looking for.
The searches work excellently and the back end tools are exactly what we need. Never had any problems on the two different stores we've been running this app on for over 18 months. And its a great deal.
After using the trial and testing it on the our site swimstr.com , we have found it a very positive experience for customers who can now "search their style" for our active wear, sports apparel and swim wear. We purchased straight after the trail and will keep optimizing our site and our product search. Thanks so much.

The app overall is quite good, but the recent rate hike is unfortunate & we're looking for a replacement. For us, the monthly price more than doubled. $19/mo minimum for site search is just asking too much.

If you are wondering why we decided to change our pricing, we can assure you that it was a necessity. We kept our prices the same for almost 9 years. However, many new features have been added over the years and our customer service improved. This is not final as our team keeps improving our product and it requires more resources. We hope you understand our situation!

The search is smart, easy to install and the price is fair.
