Section Store: Theme Sections

Fantastic job resolving concerns...as usual, thanks again!

The sections i got are very clean and my shopify store didnt get any slower, it functions as always but now it just looks better.

But what i want to focus on is the support team. They were VERY HELPFUL! For every problem i wanted to solve they helped me, they even went an extra mile and made sure i also understand how to solve the problem myself if i ever encounter the problem again.

So for me its a clear 5 Star review and i look forward for new sections to buy.

Amazing, they are super patient and seem like they genuinely want your store to be how you want it. Others just care that the section, or app works as described, these guys go over and beyond what's expected, and for $9.00 a section, COME ON!

Last I will say, I do not know anything about design or dev, but they have been super helpful. One of the sections I purchased would not work, it was broken, but these guys worked tirelessly to correct it for me. Between the current store and my last store, I think I have purchased may 10-15 sections, $135 or so, and they treat us better than developers we paid $6,500.00.

Would definitely recommend these sections to your site. They add a more professional look and I love the overall finish they give to a home page. I had trouble with 1 of my sections and the team helped me straight away to fix it which was such a relief

What can I say? A brilliant app! Especially for small businesses starting up that can't afford web developers. I've bought quite a few sections and they work perfectly on my store. There's even options to list copy as H1 and H2 etc tags for SEO, alongside show or hide sections on mobile and desktop. I emailed their support to see if there was a way to do some custom changes to one of the sections and got a reply very quickly. Would recommend! My store is speedier as well, as you can select 'lazy loading'.

The app is great, but the support needs improvement. Some sections are buggy, especially on our site, and it's frustrating when support doesn't respond and you can't fix issues. Also It would really help if there was a trial version for at least 24 hours. Sometimes when we install a section on our site, it turns out it doesn't fit at all, and we end up wasting money.

EDIT: The problem is currently being solved by support and as an apology they also offered me some sections for free. As for the support, I was wrong and they fixed their reputation with me. Thank you once again.
