We've been using Seguno for years. We’ve tried other applications, but nothing seems to do a better job for our weekly email promotions. I was enticed to try Klaviyo, because it offered more sophisticated customer segmentation, and can tie into our accounting app. Well I can tell you, Klaviyo was an absolute train wreck. Klaviyo rejected our database, which is made up of seasoned customers who have all subscribed to receive email from us. Plus Klaviyo is more expensive to work with. So for us, we'll stick with Seguno! Seguno is a solid email platform at a fair price. Haven’t found anything better.
I have really enjoyed this app. Removed it to find a cheaper app but none of them come close to the features this one has. Conveniently inside Shopify is a key feature every email marketing app should have if it’s built for Shopify. So far this seems to be the only one. The price is my issue for smaller businesses building their lists.

I've been using Serguno Email since 2019, publishing a newsletter every week. I find that it a very easy and simple tool to use use. It has great features and great support.

Really like the app! Super user-friendly. The support is the best though, timely replies and helpful real people to solve your problem! Matt helped me today and my issue was fixed in minutes.
Although I'm still on a trial for Seguno Email, I do plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future, as I grow my ecommerce store. Support has been excellent (shoutouts to Josh especially - he's a customer service beast) and the features of the app are pretty straight forward and very robust. I love the Canva integration - makes things really simple! One feature I particular love is the personalized discount code generator. Hooks up very simply to Shopify discounts and I think it's a very small and personal gesture that customers appreciate. Thanks for everything, Seguno Email team!
