Seguno is a great e-mail tool, theres some limits on design, but it makes thing like customer segmentation and automations easy and complete. Customer support was always fast and helpful

Seguno is THE BEST email marketing team out there! Edward and I (Holly, Ed's wife) have been beyond impressed with their customer service and the immense support they have shown u, every time we've reached out for help or even, advice. Seguno is lightyears better than any other email marketing app we've tried, and we've tried them all - believe me.

We've been using Seguno for years. We’ve tried other applications, but nothing seems to do a better job for our weekly email promotions. I was enticed to try Klaviyo, because it offered more sophisticated customer segmentation, and can tie into our accounting app. Well I can tell you, Klaviyo was an absolute train wreck. Klaviyo rejected our database, which is made up of seasoned customers who have all subscribed to receive email from us. Plus Klaviyo is more expensive to work with. So for us, we'll stick with Seguno! Seguno is a solid email platform at a fair price. Haven’t found anything better.

I really enjoy working with Seguno for email marketing in Shopify. It’s very quick and easy to build emails from scratch, and the automatic email features are excellent. There are also many campaign options that help drive more traffic to your website.
What I appreciate most is the support team — they are always friendly, responsive, and ready to help whenever you feel stuck. I definitely recommend working with Seguno if you want an easy and effective email marketing solution for your Shopify store.

I have really enjoyed this app. Removed it to find a cheaper app but none of them come close to the features this one has. Conveniently inside Shopify is a key feature every email marketing app should have if it’s built for Shopify. So far this seems to be the only one. The price is my issue for smaller businesses building their lists.

Best experience I've had with any app that I've used on Shopify. The onboarding process was incredible and I worked with an actual human (I know, unheard of these days) that helped me make the switch over from Mailchimp. They gave me step by step guidance and offer much needed advice when necessary. I couldn't recommend Seguno enough!
