Seguno Email Marketing

I've tried a few apps to create newsletters but this is the easiest by far! the templates make it quick and easy to understand as it follows the same flow as Shopify!

I'll write a review again after the trial period. We've used this before and it was not effective. We're using this again to see the changes.

Great app. The best of the different ones I have tried. It is a pity that you don't have an option of adding a birth date! I was told that the issue is from shopify's side but there is another app that has this option but the Seguno app is much easier to use and much better overall.

I use Seguno for my email automation now. Sorry mail chimp, but our relationship is over (no offense mail chimp users). This app just simplifies everything from a new email marketer perspective. From sending out your first email to setting up coupons. It's just all a breeze! Highly Recommend!

Very happy with this app. I'm using it in my third store now (www.designpax.com) and it keeps getting better. A little pricey as you grow your list though...

Your app is amazing, we really appreciate it. My wife and I, we love it! and we know our customers will love the e-mails too. We are looking to do an upgrade, in the near future. This free app, it has to be the best out there! Thanks again!

I found the perfect app to integrate into my Shopify for email marketing! I love the varied options available with the templates. They are super easy to navigate and user friendly. I had an issue trying to change the integration from Flodesk to Seguno and reached out to their customer service. Unlike so many other apps/platforms, it was effortless getting in touch with them, all I needed to do was open the chat window and send my request. They were not able to help from their side but Christina went above and beyond trying to find a way to make it work. I was also having issues viewing my dashboard, I reached out and promptly received an email from Marc with instruction on how to clear my cache. It worked! The customer service I received in both instances was stellar! That for me is a big consideration when purchasing from a company. It's not only the product that counts but also that the company stands behind their product and cares enough to ensure that they provide continuing support.

Still trying to figure out what I need to do but the rep was very helpful. Really appreciate the it.

I like how it works with shopify but I sincerely wish there were an option to add a customer's birthday in the system! This might be a shopify issue but I just switched from a different app and I can no longer dish out coupons for birthdays and people are not happy about it!
