I used the Willdesk FAQ app to assist me on how to establish my FAQ margin on my footer menu, and there was a lady name Nona who has done an outstanding job with assisting me on how to solve some difficult problems . I am rating the Free version.
for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself.
i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear.
