非常好用，客服非常有耐心。不但可以做自定义回复，还可以设置FAQ等等。而且很多功能都是免费的，基本上对于做自建站的卖家来说也是够用的。而且还可以自定义设置头像等，整体来说，这个工具也是比较简洁流畅的，也不会拖累网站速度。
