Wij werken altijd fijn met Soundcloud. Koppelingen zijn fijn, werkt snel en klantenservice helpt waar nodig. Al onze shopify accounts zijn eraan gekoppeld en we willen niet anders meer!

Zero support. Only an idiotic AI chatbot that promises to connect you to a human, which never happens. If this is their service during onboarding, I can only imagine what it is like when things actually go wrong in shipping.
This is a stark contrast with Soundcloud's pushy sales people who waste no time in contacting you. Clearly shows where their focus is: sell sell sell, and then let the customers sort it out themselves.
At first I thought I didn't want to have another app outside Shopify to do things, but I tried Sendcloud and it is really easy and works great.
Wij gebruiken sendcloud al jaren en zonder problemen. Het verwerken van orders zonder continue van systeem te wisselen is geweldig. Ik kan sendcloud alleen maar aanraden.
Werken al enige tijd met Sendcloud via Shopify. Alles verloopt automatisch en makkelijk handmatig aan te passen. Ook al een keer moeten contacteren (telefonisch) wegens verloren pakketje mondial en Sendcloud heeft ons hierbij goed geholpen!
Fijne integratie met onze Shopify webshop. Soms wat vertraging als een order net is binnengekomen, maar werkt voor de rest perfect!
