The team are great especially with the live chat service they do everything for you! However you only really get access to the best features for $80 per month which for a startup with not much capital at all its a lot of money! Great app but the pricing is hard for a small startup. Other than that they are amazing!

The biggest plan is a little costly because it includes all the best features as you said =)) And it did save you huge time and effort with SEO and business: many pricey features with highly customizable possibilities, and support priorities are provided here. Support is OK, slow to get a response and the response is usually not pertaining to the question. My meta description hasn't updated in a month. After uninstalling the app it broke my website title. I will not use this app in the future.
So sorry for your unhappy experience. Our app only helps you update title and description for your store. For the reason why Google did not update yours, please check from Webmaster tool of your own website. We have also sent an email to follow you up, please keep in touch there.
RE: Free Plan. I have the free plan and customer service was excellent. They are always eager to help. I'm only giving this three stars as I have yet to see any results from SEO. I was told it takes two months but they were pushing for a review. I only installed this in July.

Installation was fast and easy, unsure what changes have been made as it doesn't show you, it just says "fix now" will update review when I have more details.

I really dont know if this app works google say i have 2 broken links and this app say it fix broken links. I dont know if those errors are real errors, the app say it fixes. I may keep the app for alittle wait and see.

Instructions were easy enough to follow. I have not however seen any increase in activity or sales to my site. I don't know if its really doing anything.
