Amazing app and even better customer service. All my enquires was responded to within 24 hours. I had some issues installing the booking button on the pages so the Sesami developers helped me fixed this along with some customisation based on my site. Very happy with the result!

I had Sesami before and I uninstalled because the app didn't meet an important need that my business had, I downloaded many apps but after a year I had to go back with Sesami... and I can't be more grateful!
They worked on options so they can fulfill my company needs, they have done WAY MORE than they had to so I can have all the services and if I keep going I won't stop. if you want an app with excellent customers service dedicated on helping you and your business grow this is the app that you need!
Had some initial difficulties with a couple of integration issues but Ehsan and his team went above and beyond to rectify the issues and figure out some clever work arounds, even scheduling video calls between the US and Australia. The system is working very well and the future updates sound promising.

As you said, our general support hours are 9am-5pm Eastern Standard, GMT +5. However our support team are a global team across multiple countries and timezones and as you saw we tried to reach you in the morning or afternoon Western Australia time. I was so confused downloading this app because I'm new to Shopify. However I was able to schedule a meeting with a team member and they put me on the right path on how to add my services. The team member was so knowledgeable and actually stayed online with me and help me set up my services. This made me so happy! I am super excited to use Sesami for my scheduling services.

I used this app to allow customers to book in a consultation and it works really well. Had a bit of trouble setting it up but the Sesami support was really quick and got it working straight away. Highly recommend.
