- The time slots that are generated in your Sesami calendar are based on the availability you set as well as the duration of your services. So for example if you have a 1 hour booking service and you set your availability to 2pm to 5pm, you would see time slots : 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm. Send us a message and we'll do our best to help you get your time slots looking like the way you would like.
- In regards to your comment about being overpriced - like all business expenses in this category, the value is really based on how much time do you believe you will save and how much more revenue you will generate using an app like Sesami per month. If you believe that it will be more than $50 worth of time a month, then maybe Sesami is an app that you might want to use. If not, that's okay - we have a $0 and a $19 plan that might be interesting to you.

I was having trouble on my end setting up the app and was kinda stressing out because I was getting ready to launch my service within hours. I contacted the support team and quickly recieved a call back walking me through my issues, which now I know didnt even have anything to do with the app but with my Shopify account set up. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. The app is super innovative and seamless + the assurance knowing I can reach out for help calls for this 5 star review!

The app is easy to use and allows me to have several bookings available at once. The support team is there every step of the way to ensure a fluent product. 10/10
Sesami was a huge solve for us at Hydrow. By integrating scheduling and payment into our current Shopify stack, we were able to launch a new time-based product (Hydrow Personal Coaching) without disrupting our other backend fulfillment processes for physical goods, saving us literally hundreds of development hours. On the nitty gritty, Sesami's customer service is responsive and competent, and the app does exactly what it should — it's intuitive, simple, and easy for our staff to use for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations (and the flow to Shopify is seamless). Excellent product.
I downloaded the free plan and was really pleased with the easy setup (followed the step by step instructions). Had our first booking online within a couple days of implementation. I had one concern about updating the calendar for a specific appointment that wasn't part of our normal hours and received a quick reply with instructions on how to accomplish this.
