I’ve been a customer of a few different POD websites and shineon takes the prize in customer support! I had a very big Q4 and several engraved items got stuck in processing but they took care of both me and my customers and got everyone their gifts in time for Christmas. The support, and the knowledge they provide us is beyond incredible! They are the ones you want behind your product!

As a new user of ShineOn, I have been impressed by their user-friendly interface and their wide range of customizable products. Their customer service team has been incredibly helpful in answering my questions and providing support. With ShineOn as my partner, I am confident that I will be able to grow my business and expand my product offerings. The ability to create unique designs and have them printed on demand has been a game changer for me. I look forward to continuing to work with ShineOn and seeing what new opportunities they will bring to my business.
I love their products, but the focus has changed from the products to more sales-based knowledge to help sellers sell the products, which is fine, but they seem to be nickel-and-diming sellers for everything. They do have a great staff and support system. I like that they have an Etsy integration now; an Amazon integration would be excellent. I also wish they would offer more items for men, such as money clips.
