I couldn't do it without the great support from the support team. Works well with my store and can't wait to retrieve back those lost shipping fees, especially from customers who were not honest in selecting the right shipping rates for their address in the first place.

I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.
The most stupid app I've ever used! It's not easy to use or understand. The videos are useless! I can't understand them and they fly thru the important parts. Seriously, figure your S#!T out!
First of all I am really sorry that it is complicated to understand our application. I know application needs to be easy to understand but the shipping is the complicated thing it self so defiantly it's options are complicated to understand.
