We spoke to Dhanasheelan and he has been really patient and proficient to help us go through the basics of the shipping. All our question and clarifications have been addressed and we could not thank him enough for being professional. Shipeasy app - still on test mode but is now considering to subscribe. Helpful resources on the app itself.

Impressive app and an amazing support center! The app can manage complex scenarios and overwrite the standard Shopify shipping methods. If you'll need help with the configuration you'll find a super support center to assist you!
We use this app to add freight rates to our Shopify store for that category of products and it works great. I was helped greatly by Siva at ShipEasy for what I didn't understand in Shopify. I recommend this app!

"I've been using this app for a few days now, and I have to say, I'm impressed! The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which made getting started a breeze. It's the easiest way that I've found to create elaborate shipping policies (such as per item fees). The customer support is available all the time--Siva was great when I had questions about setting up scenarios! He immediately jumped on a Zoom and walked me through it all.
Great service! Was helped by Raj, was very on point with everything! Organized all my shipping rates, and made things move a lot smoother!
