Well I just got to use the Shippo today and had a little learning curve - however it is so very simple actually. Once I got on to how it works - I breezed right through it without a stumble. When I emailed for help, I got a really prompt answer from a nice gal who gave me all the information I needed. What a great help she was, too. Even after listening to the video and reading the instructions, I wasn't quite sure I was doing this right and found out I wasn't - but she very quickly led me down the right path. This program is so neat - not only does it give you a label - nice big one with tracking number - but it also can give you an order page for receipt plus a second label for your customer - preaddressed and postage for returning their order should they have to. All with just a couple of clicks on the buttons. You can also choose to have Shopify send them a shipping email with the customer's tracking number on it and everything else they should need. It's free and all you have to do is pay postage which was very reasonable. You won't be disappointed.

We've been using Shippo for a little over two months. It works outstanding for USPS domestic shipments. Reviewing rates, paying for label, downloading label, printing label seemed too many steps at the beginning but now it has become part of our work flow; and it works well.
We do like to recognize the service support and technical team. They are truly customer focused and took immediate action when we had issues to sync orders between Shopify and Shippo, and with downloading the correct sender address. Well done! Thank you...

So far I've been really happy with this app. After using stamps.com for 5 years I started having more and more problems, so decided to make the switch. I sell on multiple platforms and I enjoy having all my shipping information in one space. The only improvement I would love to see would be an added column for the "age" of the order. I do custom/made to order items with a 2-3 week production timeline, so keeping track of where an order is within that timeline would be very helpful. Thanks!

It works better and easier than using shopify's mailing app. No upfront or subscription costs. The rates are very competitive.

I would like the option to see the field company name in the overview in shippo as we have lots of wholesale orders as well

Great app!!!

One con for us is that the shipping charges are invoiced and pulled all at once each week or so rather than charging at time of purchase which we did not know initially so we were surprised to find a large amount of money withdrawn one day. I'm sure this was in the details someplace and we just overlooked it so just keep track of the labels you print so you know what to expect and you will be fine.

Other than that, this app is actually pretty neat. Eliminates a few steps of the process for you. It fulfills the orders and inputs the tracking number for you and also emails the customer with that information.
We won't be going back to USPS.com anytime soon.
