Before using ShipStation we dreaded spikes in orders... ok, maybe dreaded isn't the right word (because ^ orders means ^ dollars), but we were delayed 1-2 days in getting orders out when they came in in waves.

Now that we have ShipStation, we don't use it every day, but it helps us stay on track when we get hit by a big wave of orders and that, on it's own, is more than enough for us to justify keeping it around.

For some people it's an every day solution, for us, it's our muscle (and we love it).

I wasn't sure I was going to get much out of Shipstation- I already used Endicia for shipping and I had no complaints. But a friend talked me into trying it and I am SO GLAD I did. The initial setup was a little complicated (not difficult, it just took some time) but I once I had everything up an running- wow, what a difference. I've finally achieved the streamlined, organized, efficient shipping workflow I'd always thought was just a fantasy.

There are way more awesome features than I could list here, but a few of my favorites:

I love the way Shipstation syncs with my sales channels so orders get marked as shipped, tracking emails get sent, and I can manage everything from one convenient dashboard.

I love that I get an alert when I have multiple orders from the same customer, and Shipstation allows me to merge the orders to ship together.

I love automation rules! No more weighing packages. I can't believe I spent years doing this stuff manually. I had no idea. This is a game changer.

The one missing link for me is inventory management- this app does everything else and the info and sales channel integrations are all there already, so it's a natural next step. (I hear they may be working on adding it.)

On a final note- I really appreciate how affordable Shipstation is. This is an app that is extremely powerful and full of advanced level features, but they have a pricing structure that allows even a tiny business like mine to take advantage of them.

Bottom line: if you sell stuff online, you owe it to yourself to try out Shipstation. You don't even know what you're missing!

I am a new user to ShipStation and I can already not imagine my life without it. My business manufactures on a small scale--very small, as there are three of us. At this juncture it is an impossibility for me not to be involved in production in some capacity. Prior to shipstation, I would spend an entire morning looking between UPS and my shopify store to print out orders. With ShipStation, this gets reduced to about 30 minutes at the absolute most. In short, ShipStation gave me 3.5 hours. ShipStation made this step 800% more efficient. It took 1/8th the time. I think you get the picture.

Used to be good. Now with Shopify locations, when I make a sale, my sales channel removes the sold stock from inventory. Once I ship the order through ShipStation, Shipstation ADDS INVENTORY BACK. and they are refusing to take blame and blaming Shopify. My inventory is getting messed up with every sale. I’m switching to Shipworks.

ShipStation is a fantastic app. We're able to funnel both of our Shopify stores, as well as process outside orders - quickly and easily. It clearly has many features that go far beyond those we use - and as, relatively, new users - we look forward to learning the other ways ShipStation can benefit our business.

DO NOT USE. They have broken API functionality with Royal Mail and as a result up to 50% of my shipments went missing. The UK Manager just called me personally and admitted they know about this issue but thought people weren't losing 'too many.'

We know it might sound like too much flattery to say that ShipStation saved our lives, but it's true! We ship a lot of small orders, many to overseas addresses. It's a snap to set up filters and automated tasks. Then, with the click of a single button, all labels & invoices come flying out - with customs forms already filled out! Plus, you can link shipping providers, and get commercial shipping rates. Win. Win. Win.

Ship station is so great. I love how it incorporates all the tools I need to fill an order, prepare an order for delivery and ship. Its connection with Shopify is seamless. It is a huge time saver and I would recommend it to any small business.
