Ship station is so great. I love how it incorporates all the tools I need to fill an order, prepare an order for delivery and ship. Its connection with Shopify is seamless. It is a huge time saver and I would recommend it to any small business.

I am so happy I could cry. I was exporting orders from shopify into a spreadsheet to figure out items I needed to order w my supplier, sorting subtotaling yawn yawn. Now I select my range of orders-print-pick list OMG so easy! Now I get to spend more time doing things that matter. Shipping is a complete breeze. Some of my customers get signature confirmation and some do not. I can automatically assign who gets what. This is so important because should I forget someone needs a signature it could really impact my business. Thank you shipstation you have a customer for life. Rates are 100% reasonable. I saw another app charging $200 a MONTH for someone who ships 500 orders. That is insane. Awesome helpful staff.

ShipStation has completely changed my business. I have gained valuable hours in my day now that I am using ShipStation to manage my shipping process. The app is very easy to use. It is exactly what I was looking for when I signed up.

Overall great as it pulls in orders from many different stores / platforms. The inventory tracking doesn't seem to work, but otherwise great.

Ship Station has simplified life for us so much. Before shipstation, we would receive an order, enter all the info into our database software (Microsoft Access), then log on to fedex.com, ups.com, and usps.com to cover all our shipping options. Then we would type the address in, following the piece of paper we printed out.

Now we just log in to ship station, print out our invoices and labels, and ship. I would estimate it has cut our order processing time in half - maybe more. Highly reccomended, especially if using shopify as it integrates so smoothly

After trying other shipping apps for Shopify, we are convinced that ShipStation is simply the best option available by far! The ShipStation software is a great combination of easy-to-use and powerful. The features are all reasonably accessible and visible, which is important to me. There are also great instructional videos to make it easy for those who just need minimal functionality.

When it is working fine, it is a treat to use. Integration with our Shopify store is a must, and it usually work great. Lots of features and integrations with carriers. Structurally, I have little to complain about. However, the app is glitchy sometimes. Various pieces stop working for short periods of time, although their "uptime meter" claims everything is A-OK. More importantly, however, their service has been getting sloooooooow. I've had 2 tickets open for days, and nobody has helped me yet. One of the tickets is essential to our business to be tended to immediately, yet... crickets. The service was always a bit lacking, but by this point they badly need more support staff.
