Several technical errors and glitches. The support team we're unhelpful and quite rude. We have since moved to Multi-Vendor Marketplace which we recommend.

You wanted our support features on the Enterprise plan, while staying on a free plan.
We shared our website's published policy several times in our conversations lasting 2-3 days, but you insisted not to go with it.
Not a single error or glitch was shared by you, nor was any money charged.
Really great app, works very well. The support responds quickly and you have direct Whatsapp contact.

i used this app to use amazon shipping service but even after stopped using it is has continued charging me some amount on my shopify bills which is wrong
Edit : the team has connected with me and agreed to support me and provide the refund of amount which got deducted even after i have stopped using it hence changing the review rating

All the billing is handled by Shopify directly, similar to all public apps on Shopify.
