I've never been more satisfied with a customer service experience than I have with the support team at Shogun. I needed assistance with integrating an app, and both times I had an issue, I received a full response and resolution in less than half and hour. Love this App! Updating content is super easy and fast. Great customer support as well.
I was having issues with potential clients contacting me using a form I'd created in Shogun I'd get the form but then there was no email or phone number, even though I'd created the form to require that information. Chris dug into it for me and figured out that I'd accidentally created more than one form in one. He sent me screen shots showing the issue and how to fix it, all within 24 hours. Great support!
