Everything that Shogun does is super basic. Its Elements library has not grown for ages. All one can do is create basic pages. There are no modern-looking elements that can really add design value to the store. Apps like SectionsCloud have taken the design to the next level whereas Shogun Page builder is like 2 years behind when it comes to offering quality content blocks.

The most superior page building app available for Shopify by far. Support is great too.
I'd recommend Shogun to any marketer! We use it to create landing pages to compliment our SEO/SEM efforts mostly. Our developer was able to customize our landing pages to look exactly like our website for a seamless user experience. I'm sure you could get what you need without the use of a developer too, since its so easy to use and set up. We are so happy with Shogun and will continue to use it as we grow!
Good app...it has empowered our marketing team to create more content without bogging down our dev team.
Took a little bit of effort to get things how I wanted them after coming across an issue with the way our theme was behaving with the app. Shogun's support were very helpful though and resolved the issue quickly. Would happily recommend.

I fell like this is the best page builder tool. With a lot of page elements it is very useful to create any kind of website without any programming skills.
Also, we can create a custom element which is simply the best.
The support team is very responsive. They have an integrated chat service where we can ask any problems that we are facing and get the solution ASAP.

I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 4. Since I left my review I've spoken to two Shogun experts who got in touch to show me how to achieve the looks I was after. They have been a great help. They were also magnanimous enough to accept all my feedback about how fiddly things are and how unintuitive it can be. However, they convinced me that once you know what you are doing, you can build great pages. My issue was that I was in a rush and tried to figure things out myself and this was an accident waiting to happen..! So my advice to anyone reading is: it is a great tool capable of great things but alIow yourself some time to train on the basics before you get stuck in. Don't be like me, basically..

We're always looking to improve and your feedback goes a long way in allowing us to do so. You mentioned that there were some functionality problems while dragging blocks onto the page and that you're unable to modify the layout sizes and proportions. We took a closer look at your pages to replicate your editing experience and found a few things that could be contributing to that frustration.

Shogun Page Builder
Shogun has been super helpful for modifying my Shopify Product pages in a drag and drop layout. I was having some issues with how images were rendering on my site on mobile devices. I got online with Shogun's chat and just a few minutes later the issue was resolved and several other questions were answered. Jill is tech support was very helpful and professional. I recommend Shogun!
