I was pleasantly surprised by the Shogun App. A truly intuitive building experience. The customer support is A+ and they will help you with whatever issue you may be encountering. Highly recommended.
I submitted several tickets and always got prompt responses from their team. Alex and Reese have been especially helpful and even took time to demonstrate things over a zoom call. I had all of my questions answered and they even took the time to show me something upcoming that I am particularly interested in. I love the app and plan to be using it for a long time.

Shogun Page Builder
One of those apps that you secretly don't want others to have! Shogun has mate setting up our website so easy. We like to have pages that go beyond what a normal template can offer, and this really allows it. And when I had a question the founder even replied to help me sort it out. Highly recommended!
Great support and even better Shopify app.
I was definitely amazed by their customer support, who are very quick to answer and helpful. It's a great platform but I just wished there were more features (like being able to embed a mp4 video directly, or having a scroll up button). Hope to see more features added in the future!
I like this App because of the extra elements that I was able to add to my site's pages for a great user experience. My two requests are:
1. Please increase the number of existing pages that can be modified with Shogun, in the Build plan. Currently it's only 25 pages (Build plan) and then jumps to 250 pages in the Measure plan. That's a big jump. We don't ask for more users under Build but please increase the number of pages e.g. 150 pages in Build plan would sound reasonable and comparable with the Measure plan.
2. Allow the existing home pages of Shopify to be edited using Shogun.
The customer support has been great. I will always look forward to new elements that Shogun will keep introducing to make our site visitor's experience even better :)

The support is outstanding! Not only are they extremely fast in responding, but they will go above and beyond and send detailed steps to follow or even short training videos specific to your brand/webpages. Shogun's Page Builder is so easy to use - very intuitive and I can create pages so quickly. But their Customer Service is even better! Responses are fast and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!
