Shopify Messaging

the app suppresses email customers without providing access to looking up reasons a customer is suppressed, extremely frustrating when customers with valid email addresses are not receiving email. I have spent over a day trying to get a quality solution form shopify on how to address this issue. The information is available in SHOPIFY but they do not make it accessible to report on to resolve.

eg. segment of 850 subscribed customers, messaging only sends 775, 75 excluded most bocked but not reason accessible to understand why. We know valid email addresses have been suppressed.

Support was of no use!!

we need a option Marketing → Shopify Messaging → Suppression List with a method to reset a valid customers status.

So far, so good. No problems at all. I don't even use another email platform for my customers. This allows us to stay in communication. It allows us to segment. It allows us to text Message as well. It's the perfect communication tools to stay in touch. Sent out quick messages and promote products. That's exactly what we need. Thank you, Shopify!

The tools are easy to use, and if I'm confused that amazing AI helper works wonders, from creating banners, working with seo and suggesting catchy titles. Really upgrading my communications.

The User interface and experience is simple and intuitive. Its easy to navigate. I am pleasingly surprised by it. I recommend it! Pop-up sign up forms are good looking and the integrations are smooth. Five stars!

So far, it is pretty good. Easy to insert discounts, decent analytics. I wish it allowed us to see more information about subscribers, such as sign-ups, bounces, etc.

I wish you had a way to filter better - like "do not send to customers who already received this email". Sometimes the segments overlap. Mad Mimi had this filter, and it made it much easier to work through your different segments and send emails faster.

This email app has saved me for my Black Friday sale. I made an email to all subs in another app, but it required me to upgrade my subscription and spend more money. Luckily I remembered that Shopify has their own email app, and I was able to quickly use their template to get something nice out to my customers. The templates are more basic than some other paid apps, but I will continue using Shopify Email for my small business.

I gave this app five stars because the email segment automation works perfectly. It’s smooth, reliable, and makes targeting the right customers much easier. Definitely worth using.

Considering its price (initially free up to the first 10,000 emails) its fantastic. Easy to use... missing a few features and functionality but faith in Shopify to add these features they will get there....
