Shopify Messaging

Mediocre, basic analytics don't work and is not well integrated with Shopify.
What's the point of having a fully integrated app that cannot pull any stats from what you are sending out? Seems like a Shopify thing.
Also falls advertiesment on the description, the track results part doesn't work nor register properly.

I’ve found Shopify Messaging really easy to use, especially for setting up automated emails without needing anything too technical. The templates are clean, the editor is straightforward, and I like being able to manage welcome emails, abandoned cart messages and customer follow-ups all in one place.

It’s saved me a lot of time as a small business owner, and the emails look professional without needing hours of design work. I’m still building out some of my automations, but so far it’s been reliable and simple to work with. Definitely a useful app if you want to stay in touch with customers and create a better experience after they visit or purchase from your store.

Really easy to use and refreshingly straightforward. I’ve been able to set up and customise my automated customer emails without having to spend hours figuring everything out. The editor is simple, the templates look professional, and having everything integrated directly with my Shopify store makes the whole process much easier. Perfect for a small business owner who wants effective email marketing without unnecessary complexity. Very impressed so far.

Does much of the "technical" stuff for you, and leaves you to improve the business. This, paired with the AI app built in makes configuring the store "Intuitively Obvious To The Simplest Of Minds"!

The template once created and saved can easily be copied for as many campaigns as you like. Easy product uploads, change colours to match your branding. Highly recommend!

The app is easy to use, but the emails look terrible in the Yahoo Mail mobile app. On Gmail and Yahoo desktop everything displays correctly, but on Yahoo mobile the entire email is scaled down, the text becomes extremely small and the images appear disproportionately large. There is also no option in the editor to manually resize an image, so I can’t properly fix the issue myself. This is a serious problem because I can’t send professional-looking campaigns to all my customers. Please improve the mobile responsiveness and add proper image resizing controls.

The email compilation was as simple to navigate as the website builder. I was a bit frustrated I could not input my own email address in the To field. Overall, I think Shopify is an amazing platform with endless potential for entrepreneurs with a tenacity and avidity for growth.

I used this app to apprise my subscribers of a recent event. Really, I can't say enough about Shopify and the facility of use, the reporting, tools, and entire package of accoutrements for running a modern business.

Assuming you’re a little bit creative I find this marketing to greatI adapt the templates to suit our store and style. I find this easy to use. I’m not a designer and I’m sure I’ve developed skills to try and Hook in customers but it’s still an easy tool to keep our VIP mailing list happy. I really think Shopify should step up though and produce some more professional looking templates that suit current market conditions. However as long as you’re happy to add your own images and brand they can be adapted but it’s a shame with all the tools they have that these are so amateurish.

I enjoy using Shopify Messaging as it keeps everything in one place. I have found it easy to brand my messaging. Overall it is fairly straightforward to use. I love that my email works to support my business and convert customers!
