Horrible, frankly. Confusing, not intuitive - you need html knowledge to customize and edit the code. I copied and pasted the code from my legacy app and even with that there are myriad changes that have to be made to add order number. correct date, add shipping. This new app is frustrating and sloppy. Absolutely no way to easily edit this code without vast html experience.

So far I dislike it. The original one easily allowed you to add logo and the packing slip had large customer address so you can use as a shipping label. We need to be able to easily create to suit our styles

It has been most difficult to transfer our invoice templates to this app from the legacy version. I've had to teach myself enough coding to be able to figure out how to make the old template work here, which has taken me so many working hours, for there to find out afterwards that there's issues that many other people are experiencing because they haven't even been fixed by the developers yet. After all that work our template isn't ready to be used yet because there's no solution to page breaks, and the time to use the legacy version is running out. I'm sure I'm speaking for many of us users when I ask for an extension on the legacy app availability, or these issues being fixed asap AND providing sufficient support to those users that don't have the resources to deal with it themselves.

If you de-select the "packing slip" option, it says unable to find order on shopify POS. I wish shopify would stop changing things that no-one has asked for and work on the multiple other issues in POS.

Ok but not as good as old app. How can we modify templates? The writing is too small and much less easy to read.

To makle order number bigger (essential) add this line of code to replace line 6 - if too large change x-large to large
