We notified the developer that the app or their website was not loading properly and they said it was our fault. How is the possible when it loads on some sites and not others when using the same exact browser? Their website doesn't load many times either. Must be having server issues.

Sadly its time to move on to another app. $1000-$1500 per month across multiple stores was not enough to keep the developer satisfied in helping us solve simple issues.

We advise other stores to shop around. Multiple app out there now for product xml feeds at very affordable prices. Service is lacking here when issues arise.

The developer is not adjusting to the changing app market on shopify. We found much better value elsewhere.

The developer is making A LOT off our stores and we are not getting the service we need or are paying for. Sadly we are moving to other apps.

We are removing the app and moving to one of the other ones. App not loading as well as the developer website. They must be having service issues.

We've removed this app from our store after using for almost 2 year. Really wish the developer was easier to work with and more responsive to help fix issues with his app not loading.
