I'm excited to try out SmartBot! I've been looking for a chatbot that can help me automate my customer support and improve my customer experience. I'm particularly interested in the personalized product recommendations feature, which I think could be a great way to increase my sales. Fairly adjustable, sometimes the SmartBot might be a little stupid; but AI learns fast and on-the-go. Overall pretty satisfied.
