Bonjour, je mets deux étoiles pour cette application car j'apprécie de pouvoir la tester avec un plan gratuit. Il faut tout de même envoyer un mail au support pour qu'on vous valide votre boutique. Les templates pour la newsletter sont corrects pour démarrer. L'email automatisé de bienvenue fonctionne. Pour le reste, elle marche extrêmement mal : aucune possibilité de synchroniser les abonnés existants depuis Shopify, le popup ne fait remonter aucun.e abonné.e et pourtant on voit le nombre d'inscrit.e.s mais aucun.e ne figure parmi les abonné.e.s sauf s'ils/elles s'inscrivent au niveau de votre formulaire d'inscription à la newsletter dans le footer. Les statistiques sont complètement erronées. La délivrabilité est très aléatoire. J'ai fait le test avec mes boîtes mails et auprès d'un panel de personnes. Certaines n'ont pas reçu ma newsletter, d'autres l'ont ouverte mais ne figurent pas dans les statistiques comme "ouvert". Une fois qu'un.e client.e s'est désabonné.e, il lui est impossible de se réabonner.
Pour finir, le support ne répond à aucune demande avec un plan gratuit. Pensez-vous qu'un marchand va vous faire confiance avec tous ces bugs et votre désertion ? Je l'ai téléchargée en me fiant aux multiples avis positifs qui me paraissent fort douteux. Dommage....

I like it. But it'd be useful if there would be more information about what I'm looking at with those percentages. Overall I miss some more information in detail.

Moved from MailChimp and I'm extremely satisfied. It is priced very well compared to the competition and offers all the essentials that you will use day-to-day. I never keep apps that don't pay for themselves and this one has been showing extremely good ROI with minimal work. To DEVELOPERS:
Can you please make the automated product recommendation emails more customisable? I would really like to send them but they look plain and ugly compared to other things. I wish I could make a template there.

I have only had the app for a day or so but I am impressed so far. It has worked great and I've been able to send my first email that actually have photos and working buttons.

We have just started to use SmartrMail for our cart recovery emails sequence and for maintaining our email list, but so far first impressions are very good. The software is very straightforward to use and easy to set up email sequences, very user-friendly. There are a number of features which for the cost of the service are very welcome and which I don't think you get in other apps which cost more and are not as closely integrated into Shopify as SmartrMail is. For example, the ability to issue personalised discount codes from an email sequence. We did have a few problems getting going, but the support from the team is very responsive, even if you are just starting out with the free plan (which, by the way, gives you excellent access to the feature set and you can feel you can really start using the software to the full from Day 1 without hitting some immediate need to upgrade). All in all, I think this app is going to be the perfect tool for us to meet our needs for mainataining our subscriber email lists and conducting mailings to that list, as well as, as I mentioned, doing things like automated cart recovery emails. Another feature I am sure we will be using is the way the software will let you segment your customer list, and only send out emails to selected segments if you want to. So with this app you won't have to treat everybody on your email list exactly the same way. This opens up some really interesting marketing possibilities. As you can tell, we are quite excited about the possibilities this app is opening up for us, which we have only just begun to explore. In conclusion, based on experience so far, we would recommend this app, based on the features it offers, and the value for money aspect (you are not going to get hammered with massive extra charges once your email list starts growing beyond a certain point, which is a problem we found with most other providers).

So far so good. This app does a lot of things and seems to do them well. They have saved us money as well - for example I have already cancelled another app I used for cart abandonment as this is also covered by Smartr email.
