Easy to set up and even easier for our audience to join and start earning sweet perks. I'd love for it to integrate with our brick and mortar sales, too!

Great app from a team who actually cares. Smile.io routinely look for genuine feedback and went so far as to book a video conference with us to learn about how we get value from their app. The feature set is robust, the Klaviyo integration works, the app is lightweight - it's a complete package that just works.

Extremely happy with the smile program. Tons of features and controls to customize the program to fit our brand. It is very easy to figure out how to setup everything the way we want it. Support is always a chat away and very quick to respond.

We have been using Smile.io for over a year now to manage our loyalty and referral program. Recently, we decided to integrate the platform with our store to a greater extent and I am especially surprised at how good and responsive the their customer service is. Special shout out to Maggie M for the timely and pro-active assistance.
