Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

I've been with this app for a couple of years now, and our rewards program is one of the best programs we could ever offer our customers. Our customers enjoy leaving reviews, doing referrals, and making purchases to get the points, and Smile.io automates just about everything so it just runs smoothly without me thinking about it. I hit a snag with a review app integration recently, and Maggie was amazing, helping me figure out the issue. This is definitely the company you should go with for a loyalty program!

Sweet Tooth has been really easy to install, update and work with. It looks good, and great support so far. Abby was very helpful today in reminding me exactly how to import new codes when mine ran out :)

I love how quickly customer support responded to my chat question and resolved my problem on the spot. I've been using Smile for a little while to build up customer loyalty and so far I love rewarding them with discounts instead of always doing big sales. It makes them feel more special and encourages repeat orders and referrals. Wish they would include "free gift" redemption on the free plan though. But other than that, new start-ups is lucky to have these apps boost their brand at the beginning stages. Keep it up Smile Team!

This is one of the very few companies that go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Roel answered my support ticket and changed my checkout to work the way we needed it within 10 minutes. No kidding, and even though it might not be part of how the software should have worked, they didn’t even charge me for it. While we are running from one app to another because the apps don’t work and the support is totally missing, this is the example on how it should be in a perfect world. I've used several apps and never written a review...but this one is AWESOME. Easy to set up and just works!!! I had people using it within minutes of installing and many have spent their points on coupons. I wish all my shopify tools were this easy and useful!!

Great customer service! awesome! It seems to be user friendly. I would suggest allowing customers to send emails out with referral reminders and also adding a Pinterest options for actions!
