This has been a beautiful app to work with in comparison to our previous rewards app. The service is exceptional as well. There are a few intuitive pieces I would like to adjust but it's very user-friendly

I recently spoke to Shelby through the live chat feature on the app. They were quick to provide an answer along with sending screenshots to ensure we were both on the same page visually.

Smile rewards are a great way for us to continually engage with our customers and encourage them to continue to shop with us. The customer service is BEYOND excellent!! If you're not sure how to do something,the staff there will walk you through things easily and quickly with videos and hand holding. Kudos guys for the excellent service!

Love this app! It seems like more functions were added recently too which is awesome. The only thing I wish would be changed back is for the pop up launcher to show text on mobile phones again instead of just an icon. The text was what made people click on it in my opinion and the majority of my customers are on mobile devices.

01/30/2024 do not know exactly how it all went. I started with David and ended up with Maggie. Between the both of them, the issue I had with importing coupons were successfully corrected by the IT team! There's not been a time that an issue that I have had in the past was not corrected.
12/16/2023 Update: As in the past, the team (David) at Smile professionally handled the question promptly.
03/14/2022 Update: One year, one month since last update, 2 years using Smile. My opinion of Smile has positioned sales to a level I know I would not be in, if not for Smile.io. Customer service is excellent! I haven't found an obstacle a workaround did not produce the same results. Smile.io is smooth, "non-clunky". Every "perk" provided by Smile.io is carefully thought out to produce the greatest returns for their customers. I haven't found another app with a "shiner object" that would cause me to pack my bags and leave. I am not going to point out anyone in particular at Smile.io. Everyone has treated me with the utmost respect and general care of our online presence. Thanks, everyone...let's make this year even better! Mike 2/14/2021 Update: I reached out again to the team at Smile.io. I was seeking information regarding next-level promotional information. Christian answered all of my redundant questions in detail and provided examples to review. I am constantly amazed by Smile.io's level of professionalism! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have been using Smile now for over a year. To be honest I do not know if there are better programs other than Smile to host our rewards program. The reason that I do not know, I never had the reason to look. This app does what I need for it to do. In the past when I had a question, it was professionally answered in a timely manner. Hopefully, one-day gift cards will become available through Smile for non-Shopify Plus stores. One other thing I would like to see is the ability to integrate more with other Apps without having to move up to a higher tier. For now, I am extremely satisfied.
