The app itself has always functioned excellent and has been a great boost to our business.
A few weeks ago the pricing tiers had changed fairly significantly and though I was initially frustrated the team at smile worked very hard to find a solution that would work for our business needs and keep our rewards program uninterrupted for our customers..

So far, Smile has been incredible for our company. It's very user- and brand-friendly. I only wish I could snag our customer's birthdays from Smile to integrate into Klaviyo for our email flows!

If you have a developer, you should be able to retrieve the birthday from our API, and then populate it into Klaviyo using their API. If you haven't already, feel free to reach out and we can discuss options 😊
Out of 3 reward programs, Sweet Tooth was the easiest to set up and use.
Très bonne application, très bon service client, répond très bien aux questions même avec la barrière de la langue ^^ ! Je le recommande Une étoile perdu car le suivi des réseaux sociaux n'est pas encore au point.

Super easy to install and automatically sets up for you. User friendly dash board very similar to Shopify. Uploading discount codes now and getting ready to launch…!
Very quick and fast way to start reward program. however with some small tweaks this would be perfect for online or retails
Great app! It's easy to set up and follow the step by step instructions. I just wish they have a little bit less expensive tier level. I want more than basic but I'm starting out a new business and it's too expensive to jump on to next level without seeing how customers like and participate this reward program.
Great platform, easy to build out and use. Missing a couple key features but overall a solid platform.

I downloaded the app because the pricing structure looked clearer and fairer than most of the other loyalty apps that I looked at, so kudos for that. Unfortunately, the free version looked really nasty in terms of the pop up design and colours. I had intended to go for the £49 a month version, but the look of the free version put me off risking it. If there had been a 7 day free trial of the paid version, then I would have persevered. Hope this feedback is helpful. EDIT - I persevered with the free version and found it easy to use. The free version is obviously a bargain. I will consider the paid version after a few months of using the free version. 1 star knocked off only because the paid version lacks a free trial.
