Love the app and the support from Maggie is fantastic. The only thing I don't like is that the image next to the rewards has a $. I'm guessing I can change that once I upgrade but as I have only just started out I can't afford to do that and two of my customers have already commented on it.
We've been using Smile for several months now at PNW Journey and we love it! We're seeing decent engagement and getting good feedback on our program. Smile is easy to setup and allows for lots of customization. The people that we've interacted with at Smile have all been great to work with. We highly recommend this rewards platform.

Love this app!! Very easy to setup and start running an excellent rewards program which your customers would like and come again and again to your store. Sure it will increase the repeat customers.
