Excellent and fast customer service. This app provides great customer retention and upsell opportunity offering customers bonus points to their next order based on cart value as well as the option for customers to select their free gifts using their current rewards balance.

Literally the best customer support f any company...EVER! This company goes above and beyond to help with issues - even if the issues are caused by your developer! I would give 10 stars if i could!
Smile automates the process of rewarding our best customers for performing multiple different tasks. The integration with email, social & sales tools via shopify is first rate. It clearly adds to our bottom line each month and our customers tell us they feel more valued as a result of the perks they can accumulate. Update 10/2021: The referral rewards program is a sales generator. Be sure to use it. Had an issue with customers circumventing the program. Support acknowledged some limitations but gave me excellent recommendations on how to minimize abuse. I really appreciated that. -----
The minimal style suits our needs. Would recommend to anyone with a store especially those selling products. Very useful ...
