Our customers love their Jar Bucks reward points! Our rewards system entices people to create accounts on our web page. This is great for capturing website traffic info that can be used for automated marketing. In addition the points all us to execute great win back campaigns after customers have not purchased for an x amount of time.
I love everything about this app and their customer service. They reply in a timely manner and followup.

Great app. Easy to set up and get running right away.
We have used this review since setting up our online store 3 years ago. At this point we will be looking at changing our loyalty point program. Anything less than Pro is not worth the money, and the subscription fees are out of control. We are frustrated with the lack of features in any payment plan other than Pro. We would happily pay a reasonable subscription fee for the app, but the Pro is an insane amount of money to pay for a mid-sized business, and the features in Starter or Growth are not worth it. I would recommend against other small/medium sized businesses using this app. I am glad the developers have found success with enterprise level businesses but they do not care or cater to anyone else.
Thank you for sharing your open & honest feedback. It hurts, because we champion ourselves on supporting small & medium business 😔 . It's definitely not our intention to price anybody out of using Smile.

Caveat - I haven't launched this app yet and only have the free version. But it looks like I will be able to do everything I want to do and I will update the review afterward. One star off because customer service has limited hours and the app is just a little confusing about how to onboard existing customers. But I will update and I'm sure it will be 5 stars after I start using it.

Great customer service! awesome! It seems to be user friendly. I would suggest allowing customers to send emails out with referral reminders and also adding a Pinterest options for actions!

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently!
