I was having some major problems and she was absolutely AMAZING!! She went into my account and fixed everything that needed fixed. She was very kind and answered all of my questions as well.

My business has been using this app for a little over a year. I must admit that for at least half that time we did not invest a lot of time into mastering it. We just got it started and left it do it's thing. Occasionally customers had questions that I could not readily answer, but it was easy to get the answer from Smile.
There has been no real problems, there were a few issues that came from user error, but the program itself does what it promises. I think that's an accomplishment, for this app to function so well with little or no maintenance.
So I'm giving it 5 stars although I have not used it to it's full potential yet, but from what I have seen, it's worth it.

Smile has been great to work with. Since implementing our loyalty rewards program about 18 months ago our repeat transactions have increased and so has our traffic from referred customers. We also use Campaign Monitor (formerly Conversio) as an integration and being able to include a customer's reward point status in our emails has been a major benefit. The team at Smile is always quick to respond and helpful, and we've enjoyed our partnership!

This is truly an AWESOME Review App. I've been using it for over a year. It is terrific for helping us incentivize our customers to be stay onboard with our company using Customer Reward Points. I couldn't imagine running our store without it. But recently I had a problem when I accidentally deleted the app form our store. I reinstalled the app, but in the process we had lost all of our customer points data. I reached out to their support and they were able to send us a CSV backup of our customer file with the points. I simply uploaded the data back into our account and we were back in business. The Smile team were rock-stars helping us sort out the problem. And they sure put a "Smile" back on my face in the process. Highly recommended app for the service it provides and for the excellent support they provide if it's ever needed.
