Great app and excellent customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Lynn at Smile.io, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional support. I recently installed Smile: Loyalty & Rewards onto my shopify store. The entire process was simple and streamlined. Hannah followed up several times to ensure that my implementation went well. So far, excellent.

Still need some help on the customer side with enrollment / customer finding thier share link to share with other clients. This really needs to be more visible and promoted somehow..more bolder / bigger. I am sure in time this will work out better

This is a loyalty program with tremendous flexibility that is easy to set up and amend and it keeps our clients happy as a value add in a competitive landscape. As a small business, I found the monthly fees to be steep once I hit the threshold to outgrow the free plan, however the customer service team was extremely supportive, diligent and creative in finding ways to help me to maintain the program.

Easy to use app with everything you need for rewards. I had a couple of questions and Lynn helped me out right away. She was very friendly and had an answer to all of my questions. Amazing customer service is necessary for me when choosing an app. Highly recommended!
