Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Smile has been great for our business. It has been simple to setup and operate and gets a high percentage of customer uptake and retention. Support has been helpful at all points through our journey.

We used Smile for a few years now, excellent reward system, easy to set up, manag,e and use for customers. UI and UX are super friendly. Customer Support Shelby was wonderful in helping me with inquiries.

It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league.

Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.

We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. Smile Rewards program is a game changer! We have been using them for over 4 years and we have never had any issues with Smile. Their customer service team goes above and beyond on any help you may need. Seriously do not hesitate to add this amazing app!

Customer Service is amazing! They answer very quickly and have always helped me learn how to use the app for my business. We used the Smile Rewards app for about 4 years and it does what it says. No complaining about that. In these 4 years we hade some steep price hikes releated to what each abo tier can do. Initially the free tier had no order limits. You got less possibilities, but you did not pay. Then the next tier was 29 Dollars if I remember right.
