Too soon to tell if this app would work for our business given we just installed it a few days ago. Out the box during the set up process we experienced some confusion with the theme. Some of the paid features seem to have been available for the free version, but then went away after setting it all up. So that created a bit of confusion and frustration given there's no specific mention in the help pages about it. Customer service was stellar in helping us navigate this. We may change our review later on but for now this is where we stand.

App does not support post-purchase upsell points, they do not count towards the total automatically and need to be added manually to every order, what a joke!!

Also, the app does not retroactively add points for previous orders a person made before you installed the app.

There was an issue with the integration because of my theme - NOT because of the Smile app and they dug deep and fixed it for me! Great customer service!

Happy Lucky’s loose leaf tea is both brick & mortar and online. What drew me to you all back in 2019, when we set up with Shopify, was Smile was the only loyalty program that worked and facilitated customers to earn and redeem via both channels. We’ve been smiling ever since. And, thank you Brandon for your recent help. Much appreciated.
