Had great customer service from Shelby at Smile.Io recently! She has been able to provide a report that is currently unable to be accessed from the main analytics page and has it scheduled to update me on a later date. Incredibly helpful!

We just started using Smile.io for our brand for referrals and rewards. The platform is intuitive and has lots of great options. But even more, their customer support is top notch! We made a mistake when setting up and Lynn replied immediately and followed up until we got it all fixed. Excited to continue using Smile!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Lynn at Smile.io, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional support. From the very beginning, I was having a lot of difficulty navigating through some of the features and functionalities of the platform. However, Lynn was there to guide me every step of the way.

Lynn's patience and dedication were evident throughout our interactions. She took the time to thoroughly understand the issues I was facing and provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve them. Her explanations were always easy to follow, and she made sure that I was comfortable with each step before moving on to the next.

Lisa, the COO reached out to me to resolve a problem I had as a small business. Lisa made it work for my bakery and we can therefore now stay with Smile. Not many companies go the extra mile like Smile did and I command Lisa and Smile for doing so. I am looking forward to continue to grow with Smile Rewards! Big Big Thank You!

Previously I have let Smile know the following...This was a wonderful app until they switched it from free to paid per order as some of our orders are 3.99 and therefore cannot justify paying $199US /month just because we have over 2000 small orders per month. it should not be based on amount of orders as it is discriminating when you do lots of small orders. After it was switched over I could still edit customer profiles for awhile but not anymore - very very frustrating. They created a forcing function to make you upgrade even if you don't want to. Really disappointed!

We have been using smile.io for 2+ years and it has been great. Customers love it and it take VERY little time from support. Very self service, just what I was looking for.
