I just installed this today but so far so good. I love that everything is handled by a third party app as I wouldn't want to do it myself. Let's hope I can upgrade if all goes well!

Great app so far. The app can be customized to fit your needs. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question. Lynn was very helpful and awesome!

This app has helped our business gain more customers and rewards them for their loyalty and enthusiasm towards Britannia Soccer Academy.

Customers love the ease of use and simplicity of the program.

As a business it also allows us to backtrack, add points and help our loyal customers.

Great app, great support. Have been using it for a while now and it is definitely one of the best on shopify. We seem to be having trouble getting all of our new customers to use it but that is most likely a user issue. It would be cool if smile could implement popups at checkout to let customers know of their account balance and ask them if they wanted to redeem points, kind of like at the grocery store. five stars none the less, great app

Over a year using the Smile app, and we couldn't be happier! The customer service is fantastic. Quick, friendly, and they fetch info for you without being asked. The interface is good for customers, we've had very limited tech issues with people signing up. Excellent asset to your Shopify Store!

Thank you so much for your review! 🙏Currently, Instagram isn't one of the referral sharing features - Facebook, Twitter, and Email are the only options. That being said, I know our product team is aware that merchants are requesting this and are working to add this in the future. Please keep an 👁️ out for future product updates!

Sweet Tooth Loyalty Reward Points has been a great way of generating customer referrals and new business. We got a web order today from a new customer that earned points by signing up, liking us on Facebook, and for her birthday. Another customer has sent us 5 new customers!
