Great app! Easy intallation and smooth function! Customers also like it, and they become very active leaving reviews. Seems like this app helps us to increase sales.

I’ve been wanting to implement a rewards type program for some time and this app is it! Our customers love this program.

Very easy to use, have tried using other loyalty programs but none compares to the Sweet Tooth app, you will not be disappointed!

Super user-friendly and easy to set up. I do wish there were more customizable options for rewarding points.

It's only early days for us with this platform, but so far, so good! The onboarding process was fantastic and the support and sales staff are very prompt in assisting any of the setup and issues you may have. Just a heads up, but make sure you read the placeholder text for the Explainer page carefully, and make it your own - there's a few grammatical errors and company references in the dummy text Sweet Tooth provides ;)

Look forward to how this expands our customer retention.

Smile is by far the best app we have installed to date and the best part... we're still on the free plan! I know that might not be the best marketing (I'm unsure) but honestly, one of the biggest turn offs of literally any Shopify app is that you end up paying heaps for really not that much. Smile just runs by itself, massively encourages returning customers and helps us out heaps with issuing store credit whenever there might be delays etc. We've never once had an issue or need to reach out to their support but I can only assume, given how professional the app and it's dashboard are, the support will be top notch as well. Highly recommend to any store really, we're predominantly clothing so maybe it favours our demo better but just an outstanding app, not trying to squeeze us for money and making hundreds of our customers happier every month!
