So far so good. I wish I could do a straight dollars rewards program with this, but otherwise it seems pretty great. I like that is integrates to both website as well as POS.
Working well so far. Easy to create. Easy to edit customer points. Easy is good.

How was your experience setting up the Sweet Tooth app?
Very straight forward, the basics of the app is quite easy to understand especially with the FAQs. There were some aspects such as the explainer page that required assistance and some questions.
It was also a bit difficult to know how my proposed loyalty scheme compared to other existing programs and how well it would operate in real life.
But the team were extremely helpful with their feedback and a lot of my final questions have been answered as the loyalty scheme has started to be used by my fans and customers.
What is your favourite feature, or features of the Sweet Tooth app?
I really like the incentives to like my social media pages and share the website with other people.
I think the invite a friend option is a really good idea.
I love the tiers especially as it gives my fans a goal to work towards.
How has your overall experience with the Sweet Tooth team been so far?
Fantastic, the team have been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful. I felt looked after throughout the entire process and have been able to gain a deeper understanding of the app as a result.
What future improvements would you like to see to the Sweet Tooth app?
For me, it would be really useful to have an incentive to follow my Spotify page.
I think more than one custom incentives would be good, with quite a straight forward way of adding them in that doesn’t require intensive coding.
More than three tiers would be nice.
The app seems to only show the customer’s current points, so if they spend some you see what they have and not the total points, so it’s difficult to see how far away some are from the next tier. A current points and total points stat would be good.
