I have looked at several loyalty programs and have settled on Smile. The free tier provides good features to start out, and the customer service is very responsive.

So far so good... had a few hiccups in the beginning, but did an online chat with Roel and he fixed me right up. Was patient with me... and that's saying a lot because I had no idea what I was doing. Very helpful, very nice. Program works nicely so far. For the most part.. I am reviewing the help I received with setting it up. Time will tell on the actual program itself. 2 thumbs for service!
