Our loyalty program is still fairly new. The implementation was simple and the customer respone has been positive.
Customer service has always been helpful and responsilve.
The only thing that I would like to see added is a full page for the customer to login to, instead of the landing page just pushing them to the popup.

Just installed the app, and was mulling over the settings. Had some questions and got Maggie on the livechat.
Not only was she super responsive and speedy with her responses. She went out of her way to clearly troubleshoot the issues I was having. Seems like this will be the app to build rapport with my customers.

Smile.io support is top notch! Roel was super responsive and extremely helpful. He helped walk me through some challenging html code changes and, with his help, I successfully implemented the changes I wanted to make.
Install sit back let app work for you. Nothing to do but install app does the rest. Import to your master list when needed. Great tool to get you on your way.
