1. The software actually works
2. The customer service is SPECTACULR (yes we spell it that way). The team even bought from our store.
Can't recommend enough.
The service from these guys is terrific- David on their team was happy to jump on a call and help me with my solution and it took all of 5 minutes. The best!

Great so far! I just installed the free version and it seems to ave everything I am looking for in a rewards program. I will upgrade to the paid version to unlock all the features.
Have recommended a lot of friends to use this rewards point system as it is realy easy to use and benefits both the seller and their customers. Have not seen any negatives on using this app. Oh and I love the fact that you can personalize on how you want to display the app like the colour, position, etc. Love it!
Fantastic experience! David from smile was very helpful activating additional integrations and support looks to be very responsive. Almost plug and play, mainly use it for reviews on product pages and also refer a friend with klaviyo

The app is very easy to use, there are lots of helpful videos on how to set it up and if you have any other questions the support team is first-class!
