This app has been extremely difficult and confusing to setup. I have a designer putting things together and it's taken a long time just to have it look aesthetically pleasing. We added the login block on the loyalty page and then it just randomly show up on our homepage. Trying to get a fast response for needed support is actually impossible. This app costs $200/month and they take hours to respond to customer requests. The fact there's no live chat support for this app is kind of mind blowing when $10/month apps I use have instant support and assistance. I actually wish there were other viable options out there as this app is terrible when you combine what they offer vs what they charge.

Great support received from the team whenever customer loyalty points issue arise. Recently a merged shopify customer account got messed up and Ezra made sure that the account was put back in balance and made operable again

The team at Smile is what made this app worth it, 100%. As a Web Designer, we all run into some bumps in the road. The communication was very easy and reassuring because you were talking to an actual person on the other side. It took a team to figure out the issue (Angie, Ezra, and Cole - you guys rock!) It was resolved and I was able to deliver the great news to my client - letting her know her site is good to go and seamless!
