The implementation of this program was very easy to set up and make live. After testing the program before launching the new site, we had to reach out to customer service with a few questions. Elli was phenomenal to work with! She quickly addressed our concerns and found a solution that resolved the issue. The level of checks and balances that are built into this program to help avoid user misuse of the rewards program was well designed and developed.

This was an incredibly easy app to implement and has really helped give customers an additional reason to keep coming back to our store. Great thing, too, is that customers can earn points with in-store purchases through our POS app suite, so whether online or in-store, customers are earning points! Support has been amazing.
