Helpful & prompt customer service. The app is working well for us at the moment (we are on the free plan), but there is a small issue with guest nudge referrals not working. Apparently this is to do with the new Shopify checkout and Smile are working on a fix to this.
App is really in depth and the support team are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.
