I must have accidentally clicked the upgrade button when signing up for my account for the first time and didn't realize it until months later. But to my relief, the prompt and courteous customer service folks reversed the payments as there had been no activity on my account until today. I just got Sweet Tooth, and I must say, it is very easy to use and adds value to my store. As a new store, I want to do everything possible to promote my store, and widen my audience. Sweet Tooth helps with that very easily.
Smile rewards has opened up an added layer of engagement in my shop which has allowed me to grow my businesses in a fiscally more responsible way. The level of customization, even at a low tier level is also pretty unparalleled to other applications I have tried out.
