I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Lynn got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. I solved the problem quickly according to her guidance. I like her professionalism.

Great app with lots of features. The support team is great, we made a mistake leaving the rewards program on during migration and had to remove all the points from the old customer orders. In just a few minutes they sent a csv file to zero everyone out. Excellent support!

Unacceptable Customer Service and Unfair Subscription Policy

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. They offer only chat and email support, both of which take hours to receive a response—completely unacceptable for a paid service.

What’s even more frustrating is their unfair subscription policy. I paid $50 for a monthly subscription, and after realizing the app didn’t meet my expectations, I canceled the subscription within an hour to avoid being charged for the next cycle. To my surprise, all the paid features were immediately revoked, and I was denied access to the app for the remaining 29 days—despite having already paid for the full month!

To make matters worse, Shelby, who appears to be in customer service, seems completely uninterested in providing any real assistance. Why have someone in customer service if they are not willing to do their job? Her lack of concern and unwillingness to help only adds to the frustration of dealing with this company.

This practice is unacceptable and misleading. I PAID FOR THE MONTH and should be entitled to use the service for the entire duration, regardless of when I choose to cancel.

I expect a resolution to this issue immediately.

To be honest and transparent, this app exceeded our expectations! It did everything we needed and more. While it can get a bit pricey, I believe that's a subjective consideration. The staff is fantastic—always helpful, and Lisa is an absolute gem to work with.
