Smile's customer service is great. We hope to offer varied points-to-discount redemption options for each VIP tier in the future, allowing each tier a different maximum discount achievable through points.

I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Lynn got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. I solved the problem quickly according to her guidance. I like her professionalism.

Usable as a free option but the upgrade price is insane. Nearly a full year of shopify per month cost is insane (base plan is still more than shopify eahc month) for a small business doing small sales. Extremely easy to abuse and manipulate - I had a customer make multiple accounts and fake share and all the points were given every time. The 'tasks' are not real so this does not feel like you are ...

The app is very easy to set up and great to use though I do think a couple items like VIP and expiry points should be offered in starter as well, overall it’s great.

To be honest and transparent, this app exceeded our expectations! It did everything we needed and more. While it can get a bit pricey, I believe that's a subjective consideration. The staff is fantastic—always helpful, and Lisa is an absolute gem to work with.
