I'm brand new to this ... but I can say for certain that the help I got through their chat mechanism really helped me along. I had a few questions about how the app was going to work. I dealt both with Cole and Lisa and quickly got answers to my questions, strategy hints and technical help.

I waited on average - about 10 minutes for help (they said I'd get it within 4 hours so this was a relief). ...

The pricing and lack of features has gotten out of control. We are unsure how Smile calculates the 500 order threshold, but it is not accurate. Beware of the bait and switch for pricing and features that should be included but behind paywalls. You'll be paying $200/month shortly.

We've been a Smile and Shopify user for several years. Recently ran into some syncing issues and after working with several support agents, we were connected to Angie. She was kind, patient & responsive and was finally able to resolve the issue for us. Angie gets 5 stars.
